ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Instead of traditional command-and-control working style, today’s leaders are expected to ignite the spark and foster the passion of their teams. This transition from management to leadership represents a significant challenge in leadership development.
One major bottleneck concerns the lack of coaching and development for middle managers. Managers are often promoted due to their high performance, yet are suddenly required to lead a team of people, requiring an entirely new skillset.
Talent retention is another matter of concern. The pandemic has brought about the Great Resignation, with turnover at an all-time high. Senior executives are facing tremendous task of attracting and retaining talent. At its core, this requires building a strong company culture, which fundamentally starts from the top.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
- Middle and Senior Managers who are (newly) promoted and desire to learn and consolidate leadership coaching skills
- Middle and Senior Managers who will be promoted or are preparing for a role change
- Middle and Senior Managers who are responsible for teams
